Cherry Patterned Swiss Roll


To make this cherry Swiss roll first you have to make a batter. Then take a small amount of batter and color two-third of it in red color and one-third of it in green color. Pipe it in a small piping bag and make the cherries on a greased parchment paper lined in a baking tray as shown in the photo. Bake the cherries for 2 minutes to lock them on their place. After that pour the regular white batter over the cherries and bake it until ready. Then after the baked batter has cooled apply filling and roll it into a Swiss roll. [.]
