The sun has been respected throughout the ages for its light and life-giving ability and healing powers. Solar energy (Sunlight) absorbed through the eyes, wiping away all negativity of body, mind and soul. And how does one do that? It’s simple. You gaze at the sun, one hour at sunrise 🙂
