Purples

 

Pansies and Violas are flowers for all seasons, dependable and gorgeous!
Purple Showers violas, flowers with cheerful faces and slightly fragrant.

Petunias
Beautiful and fragrant purplish petunias get their unusual color from a molecular defect in the system that controls the acidity of the plants’ cells. Petal cells are known for big differences in pH in various compartments of cells.

Wisteria, often called the queen of flowering vines.
The blooms are gorgeous and very fragrant.

Fuchsia is purple at maximum brightness.  
Purple is the color of royalty.

In the traditional color wheel used by painters, violet and purple are both placed between red and blue. Violet is closer to blue, purple closer to red. There are three distinct purples: red-purple, purple, blue-purple.
