December 25 and January 7
While in much of the world Christmas Day is December 25, many countries celebrate Christmas on January 7. This is simply due to a difference in calendars, Julian and Gregorian calendar. Countries that will celebrate Christmas in January are Russia, Belarus, Montenegro, Ukraine, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Egypt, Israel, Georgia, Moldova, Bulgaria.
