Black Forest cake

This super-easy cake is about as simple as one-bowl layer cake recipe. You’re really going to love this cake, friends. This is recipe to start with: read here. Bake as usual and cut the cold cake in half horizontally to yield 2 layers. Brush the cake layer with 1/4 cup (60 ml) cherry syrup. Whip cream add kirsch black cherries and spread between layers, spread the remaining cream over top and sides of cake. Decorate with cherries and sprinkle chocolate. I used amarene sour cherries in syrup. Cake with variations – recipe

One cake recipe – infinite variations Basic Vanilla Cake – base for many cakes Ingredients: 1 cup (150g) flour, sifted 1/3 cup (50g) flower, sifted 1 cup (220g) caster sugar 1/3 cup1/3 cup (80g) butter, softened 1/2 cup (125ml) milk 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp baking powder a pinch of salt Method: Preheat the oven to 180C. Beat the eggs and the sugar together in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Add milk, vanilla and flour mixture and mix lightly. Pour into an oiled cake tin. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 35 minutes until it is nice and gold. Place cake on a serving tray. Decorate. This is basic vanilla cake recipe. You may also make different versions of this cake, simply replace one ingredient for another. Chocolate walnut cake

Chocolate walnut cake One-bowl or mix-in-the-pan type of cake – all the ingredients are just mixed together, right in the cake pan. (I find it much easier to mix the ingredients together in a separate bowl). Old-fashioned cake recipes have a special beauty. This cake has a soft and fluffy texture with rich chocolate flavor while a  walnuts adds a crunchy surprise, that almost doesn’t need frosting. If you like you can just dust the top of the cake with a little powdered sugar or cocoa powder and serve it on its own. Here is used whip cream frosting and melted chocolate, very lightly. Easy cake recipe

Easy chocolate cake (recipe) Ingredients: 1 cup (150g) flour, sifted 1/3 cup (50g) cocoa, sifted 1 cup (220g) caster sugar 1/3 cup (80g) butter, softened 1/2 cup (125ml) milk 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp baking powder a pinch of salt Method: Preheat the oven to 180C. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix on high for 5 minutes. Pour into an oiled cake tin. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 35 minutes. Place cake on a serving tray. When the cake has cooled slightly decorate with  vanilla pudding  and chopped walnuts. Beat the eggs and the sugar together in a large bowl, for about 5 minutes. In another bowl, mix the poppy seeds, the flour, salt and baking powder. Add cold chamomile tea, vanilla and lemon zest and flour mixture and mix lightly. Pour into an oiled cake tin. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 35 minutes until it is nice and gold. Place cake on a serving tray. Cinnamon Vanilla Cupcakes

Cinnamon Vanilla Cupcakes Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup (200g) flour, sifted 1 cup (220g) caster sugar 1/3 cup (80g) butter, softened 1/2 cup (125ml) milk 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp baking powder a pinch of salt 1 -2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (more or less to taste) Method: Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a cupcake pan with paper liners, or use silicone, set aside. Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix milk and vanilla in a separate cup. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture and milk mixture alternately, starting with flour mixture and ending with flour mixture until fully, but not overly mixed. Divide evenly among liners, about three-quarters full each. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Place cupcakes on a serving tray and use a sifter to sprinkle powdered sugar on cookies until coated and decorate with cinnamon.
